The Hot Water System Installer qualification prepares students to work in the installation and maintenance of solar water heating systems, contributing to South Africa’s sustainable energy goals. This course equips students with the skills needed for safe and compliant installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with national standards (SANS 151) for systems up to 500 litres. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, ensuring that students are prepared to meet the demands of the industry.
