Description

The Skills Development Facilitation Practitioner qualification is designed to equip learners with the ability to plan, conduct, and administer skills development planning in an occupational setting. As skills development becomes increasingly critical in South Africa’s workforce, this programme ensures that practitioners can support workplace training initiatives, compliance with national regulations, and talent development strategies.

The purpose of this qualification is to develop competent professionals in skills development planning and reporting, ensuring that organisations align training efforts with national legislation. Learners will gain expertise in conducting skills assessments, facilitating workplace learning programmes, and managing reporting in accordance with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) requirements. This qualification is aligned with the Occupational Certificate: Training and Development Practitioner, allowing learners to further specialise in learning and development facilitation.
